Each service begins with a thorough evaluation, which allows us to develop a customized treatment plan. Therapy sessions typically last 45-60 minutes and are given 1-3 times a week in the client's home or other preferred location.
What is Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy focuses on gross motor skills including sitting, standing, crawling and walking. We emphasize mobility skills essential to manipulating one's environment more independently. What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational therapy focuses on fine motor skills including picking up objects and writing, activities of daily living and sensory integration issues. We also asses and monitor adaptive equipment needs, including hand splints and bath chairs. Click here for more information.
What is Speech Therapy?
Speech therapy focuses on improving and enhancing speech and language skills, and also works on feeding, oral motor and swallowing issues when indicated. We also assess and monitor assistive technology needs, including augmentative communication. Click here for more information.
